t is with immense pleasure that I stand before you today to celebrate a momentous occasion, the graduation of 300 students from the third up-skilling program facilitated by Tourism Fund (TF) through the Tourism Training Revolving Fund (TTRF) in partnership with Boma International Hospitality College (BIHC).

On behalf of the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each graduating student. Your dedication and commitment to pursuing excellence in the tourism and hospitality sector are truly commendable.
